Log-in or register to view account balance & history, view maintenance history & submit requests, and set up one-time or recurring payments. 

To report maintenance you will first have to log-into or register your tenant portal if you have not yet already.

Once complete, a copy will be emailed to you. Please refer to this document as it contains important information and a cleaning checklist to assist with preparing your unit for move-out.

This form will allow for Rodman Realty to set up one-time, and/or recurring auto payments on your behalf. This option is available for those who are not utilizing their tenant portal for these purposes.

A $35 processing fee will  be due to Rodman Realty in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Questions pertaining to this application process can be emailed to apply@rodmanrealty.com

To help keep us up-to-date with your information. Please submit this form as needed if your information has changed since initial move-in. 

All pets & animals must be approved by Rodman Realty office staff. Submit this form to apply to have your pet or animal added to your rental agreement.

To inform management that you intend on selling your mobile home please submit this form.  

This form is to be completed upon consideration for a commercial space for lease. Please have copies of your income verification & photo ID ready to upload to this form.
