The staff is very friendly and helpful. While apartment hunting, they would regularly call me with updates on my requests for information and allowed me to file my application without paying the fees immediately. They even knew me by name by the time I actually had to go to their office and fill out my rental paperwork. They made the process of finding and securing a nice apartment very easy, and for a great price.
